Cinema Anime is a part of the Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society (LASFS) that meets the second Saturday of each month to watch anime. Anyone is welcome to attend, and the whole thing is free. We even bring snacks sometimes! Everything we show is subtitled, and we use the LASFS video projector for that immersive viewing experience.
The schedule isn't set in stone, so if there's something you want to see or bring to show, feel free to ask. We show videos from a private anime collection, so we don't offer borrowing or copying services. Of course, we don't have any fees or memberships either, so it's not all bad. LASFS does have a book and video library that is open to its members.
